What we collect when you use duckfeeder.com, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
Duck Feeder is a brand of Hapetrails LLC. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email hapetrailsllc@gmail.com or call 724-393-0084.
What we collect
- When you send us a message: your name, email address, the topic you pick and what you write.
- When you ask about wholesale: your business name, your name, phone number and email address, the type of business, city and state, how many cases you expect to order, and anything else you tell us.
- When you sign up for Pond Notes: your email address.
- When you visit: like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to run the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To answer your message or your wholesale question.
- To send Pond Notes, only if you signed up: feeding tips, new posts and news about Duck Feeder.
- To keep the site working and free of spam.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Our website, and the messages and signups sent through it, are stored with our web host, Hostinger. Messages and signups are also sent to our email inbox, which is on Gmail. When we start sending Pond Notes, we’ll use an email service to send them, and it will keep your email address for that purpose only.
Buying on Amazon
Duck Feeder is sold on Amazon. When you click a Buy on Amazon button, you leave our site, and Amazon’s privacy notice covers what you do there. We never see your Amazon account or payment details.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising cookies. Our website software and its plugins may set a few small cookies, or save settings in your browser, so the site works, for example to remember your accessibility settings.
Your choices
- Every Pond Notes email will have an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we’ll take you off the list.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email hapetrailsllc@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you and for our business records. We keep your email address on the Pond Notes list until you unsubscribe.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
